Variables

Hi,

I would like to know how could I erase the content of all variables used in a html page. Are there any command to do that ??

there are no variables in HTML. there are variables in PHP or javascript (among others). What specifically are you trying to accomplish?

I'm talking about PHP variables. When I create a PHP file, I need a way to clean all variables before call the next PHP file.

unless you are using POST or GET from a form (and therefore a form action) to get from one page to another, or you are using SESSIONS, the variables should not carry over from one page to the other. what exactly is the problem? can you describe it more specifically?

I believe you are looking for session_unset

(you could also destroy the session, which would clean to whole kit-and-kaboodle)

If I compile PHP with --enable-track-vars and set a variable on a page, I can use it on another page. I would like to clean some variables on the first page. COuld I do this with session-unset function ??
