I'm trying to make a built-in forum for my site. I use xmb right now, and it, as well as most other forums have bbcode. I'm sure all of the forum developers didn't program bbcode seperatley. What's the code for it?

I'm very sure they do it themselves. No ready BBCode whatsoever.

I doubt that. I mean, bbcode is the same on all of them! If they made it themselves, wouldn't you think it'd work a little different?

I didn't ask where to find a forum, I asked for the code for bbcode!

Although I am pretty sure they don't use the same BBcode, after all some are in Perl and some in PHP(!), you can take a look at another Forum, YaBBSE or phpBB for PHP and Ikonboard or UBB for Perl. You can find the code in there (although you might have a hard time, even if you are an experienced programmer). However, I'd suggest you don't copy-paste it (if you find it all in one piece that is!), cuz you might have problems with some laws...
