Upload directory of images

hi,
Can any one tell me is there any possibility that we can upload a directory from a remote system on to the server as similar to a file we upload.All the directory contents should be copied on to the server under the same directory name we upload,Thanks in Adavnace.

yes. use ftp/nfs/webdav. pick one. if you're running windows only then windows file sharing (smb) will work. copying directories won't work seamlessly over the web and isn't a PHP question.
