That is a rather extenisive list of thing that your asking somone to do for no pay (or relatively small pay).
I recommend you do the following instead. Buy a book, try "Php Fast & Easy Web Development" its relatively cheap and offers good examples of php > MYSQL. If you have any experience with a coding language and you understand a tiny bit of PHP flip to the section about MYSQL and read.
Then if you have any problems do a search in the PHP documentation.
Ask questions regaurding snippets of code that your having issues with. Check the documentation first, then the articles section.
This way you'll learn a valuable skill and wont deprive yourself the joy of coding.
