Hello: Does anyone know how to implement skin or theme for PHP script, i.e. forum and guestbook. What techinques are used in the script besides template and css? vBulletin is a good example of that at www.vBulletin.org.

isnt it quite simple to just let the visitor choose the theme
and then on the skinned page include a desired theme css, by checking the cookie value ?
That's the most logical option.
