How can i support oci8 using php4.1.1

Hi all,

I am installing php4.1.1 on solaries how can i support oci8. On installing i am giving "--with-oci8" , it giving error saying that Oracle-oci8 libraries not found. I have tried with "--with-oci8=/path of oracle lib/" eventhough it is not taking. Can any one suggest how i can support oci8 on solaries?

Try to change the extensions on your php.ini file to support the OCI extensions. I don't know if there is something like that for a Solaris, but i hope so. Other thing you can do is try to connect via ODBC.
