Is it possible to install PostgreSQL under Windows? Are there any binaries available?
You have to use cygwin. I think there might be binaries for NT somewhere.
Tnx. The problem is that I didn't find those binaries... Anyway, is there a chance to download the cygwin package without having to run the web install?
