Email the uploaded files

Is it possible to have a PHP-processed form email the file that is uploaded as an attachment?
and how?

Well, the email() function does not handle attatchments very easily. Look into the HTML MIMI Mail class. This will make things alot easier. http://www.phpguru.org/mime.mail.html
