This is a really simple question one that is probably more HTML then php related so please forgive me for being such a dolt. The web site I am currently working on has a download page, where you select what you want to download, and when you click on a particular link you I would like you to be prompted for a windows dialog box that asks you if you would like to save it and all that good stuff. So my link currently points to a zip file, and when you click on it, it just hangs, doesn’t do anything and I can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong. All the link says is <a href = “doc.zip”> user doc </a> but that doesn’t work. Any suggestions any help would be greatly appreciated.
