How to use proxy hunter

I wonder if anyone is familiar with the program proxy hunter ? I cant get it to work right. I use it the following way:

-Change the opetions to yahoo
-In Result tab I import the list of proxies
-Verify all (nothing happens)
-select the good results and use the right mouse click ----> use it.
-change my internet explorer settings to 127.0.0.1 port 8080

When I type the URL address in the IE I still cant get through.

Any hints

Or if you know a simpler program that does the same functions which comes with a manual please advise.
