Ok, where should I start with PHP?

What software do I need?

Keep in mind that i'm an idiot (I barely know what PHP is) and know NOTHING about PHP, but would really like to learn. so being as green as possible, how should I start off my journey with PHP?

Do you have experience in other programming languages, coding html, ect? Are you very familiar with computers (windows or linux) or the internet?

To give advice, I need to know a little about your knowledge background and experience in web devolpment. IT is best if you have a good understanding of HTML before learning PHP.
