i am wondering if anyone can help.
i am getting the message when trying to run php on windows 98 with mysql and PWS
Warning: Failed opening 'c...' for inclusion (include_path='') in Unknown on line 0.
Through searching in the forums it suggests to change the include file's permission from 600 to 644 however i am wondering where you would do this or any other help would be great
