Random Fatal error: Cannot Redeclare **

Hi,

Im generating an huge list of errors off one single file in the following order..

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare head() in c:\inetpub\wwwroot\common\common_html.inc on line 4

Warning: Constant sid already defined in c:\inetpub\wwwroot\file.php on line 5
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare head() in c:\inetpub\wwwroot\common\common_html.inc on line 4

followed by...
PHP has encountered an Access Violation at 011F0A7E
Warning: OCI8 Recursive call! in c:\inetpub\wwwroot\common\common_db.inc on line 20

at which point i figure php.exe/iis dies

as i continue getting
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: blah blah errors

Now i know that the order of the errors suggests i am including a file twice, or such-like.. but ive checked and found nothing..

these errors comes up completley randomly on this one file.. but the include information + first 50 loc's on all files in the project are the same..

Env: PHP 4.1.1 / IIS 5.0 / Win2kSP2 / Oracle 8i

Anyone experiencing the same issues?

also.. i aint calling session_register() twice, nor have i got a recursive call to oracle.

I think you update php 4.0 to 4.11

You <b>must not</b> use session_start() or commands like that. If you do php crashes on a windows machine.

Then what do i use to enable the session on the current page, and why would it be happening only on one page

Is there a bug description for this somewhere?..

The wierd thing is.. ive noticed that it only happens when the registered session value $perm == 0;

I dont know if thats at all useful.. but im just going crazy with this problem..
