HELP: job without CRON

I need script to every 24 hours automatic execute some SQL statements. How to do that without CRON Job cause my ISP denied permission for CRON

Unfortunately, without Crontab, you wont be able to do that without writing a daemon to do it for you. You can write one in PHP, but that takes a special build of the CGI version which, I highly doubt your rat-bastard hosts would even think of providing.
You could write one in perl though.

But, the easiest thing to do is find another host, one that treats you like a man.

Write a script that does what you want it needs to do. Run It manually until you get to the point where your business (or whatever) needs to be upgraded to a bigger, better, and more practical host (inc. cron).
Take the 3 seconds to run the script and save the extra money until you have to spend it.

That's just good businesss.
