URL + SID without cookies

Hi!
I know --enable-trans-sid feature automatically add session id to link URLs. I don't know if
windows binaries compiled with this option. i think "yes", because they add SID to URLs.
But i faced with situation when i had script from another guy, and he uses links like URL?id=2
Php doesn't add SID for such URLs.
Maybe somebody know is it php bug or a usual behaviour?

I've had problems with hyperlinks like that as well, I've actually taken to just dumping the SID in there by hand most of the time...
