GD 2.01

Hi!

I'm using jpgraph and I read it requires GD v2.01! I have installed PHP 4.1.2 and phpinfo() says I have GD v1.6.2 or higher?

A function in the jpgraph says it requires GD v2.0 or higher!

Where can I find this new GD lib?
(It's for Win2000)

Ever tried to find something yourself before posting? www.google.com. Search for... Let me see... "GD lib" maybe :-)

To enable GD v2.0 or higher on Win2k

Download the full zip file forn php.net
In the php.ini change

extension=php_gd.dll

extension=php_gd2.dll

I did search for gd 2.01 not gd lib didn't find it... but anyway it wouldn't have helped if I did find that site, it wasn't the source code I wanted it was the .dll file. Didn't know I could change it so easy in php.ini. Now I know... thanks!

still no gif support in this file, cry. I finally managed to compile gd with gif support 1.8.4 (exe files) on win98 after 30 hours of compiling zlib, jpeg etc., but I simply can't manage to create a dll out of this source code for perl or php. it should be easy for somebody who has unix using the patched gif enabled source code from http://www.rime.com.au/gd/ , why doesn't anybody compile it and put somewhere for download?

Maybe because the GIF is a propretary format and unisys wants money for programs who support gifs?
