I don\'t know what to do at the second file opening (writing)
The permissions on the usernames folder is 777.

You can't open a remote URL for writing. Use local pathnames.

You used the wrong file mode (a+ places the pointer at the end of the file, not the beginning -- read the manual).

You passed "0" as a file handle to fwrite() instead of $file.
