Hi, i'm new to php, if been looking for a news/blog script that can show the date and the user who post the news as an image, similar to the image counters, so I'll have all the pictures (1.gif, 2.gif, january.gif.....) and when i'd make a post it will show the header with the date as a picture. sorry for my english, I hope you understand what i'm looking for, thanks anyway.

You can make one file that says the number of images and using that file, your image-showing page can go to 1.gif-last.gif. I'd use .gif to keep SOME disk space. A 20 meg bitmap becomes a 1 meg GIF. your script would do :

I don't quite know the loop functions yet so I used Qbasic and VB loop syntax.
