What's the meaning with this?

Hey!

What's really the meaning with
whatever.php?page=1 when you are NOT using a db?
Just cuz it looks cool? Or is there a better reason?

-Cuz you could do <a href="whatever.htm"> instead of blalba.php?page=1 (and having
include('blabla.htm'); in the script)

this function must upload the server!so you can not edit/delete/move....

Well, there's many answers to such a question
I'm afraid :-)

For instance, using the php program instead
of a regular HTML file can help if you want
to do dynamic pagination (you change the
PHP file and immediately, all your pages are
updated)
