How do I make so actual time(hour,minutes and seconds) is printed please?

just search for the keyword "date" in the php manual, there's enough information. e.g.,
print (date("l dS of F Y h:i:s A"));

l is day of the week, d is date, S is "th" like in "5th" etc.
