I see this line commented in my php.ini file:
;extension=php_openssl.dll
Where can I download php_openssl.dll? I can't find it in my php installation, and searches on google and php.net don't yeild any links to the actual file.
It's in the extensions directory under your PHP install. You will need to have downloaded the larger of the 2 windows PHP install files.
