Seg Fault on email script

Alright, here's the deal:
This script was working fine on a different machine, running php 4.0.6. The customer requested a move to a newer server for reasons that I cannot recollect, and now the same script is giving segemtation faults when it is ran. The new machine has PHP 4.1.2
