Need Basic Mysql data script

I am looking for a basic script that will allow an easy method for a clerical person to modify the data via a web browser in a mysql database on a linux server.

Only needs access to add/update/delete records in the database.

I have myphpadmin installed, but it allows too much access for the user (and is a bit confusing for them)

You can build an application like that very quickly using codecharge (win32)

It has a sort of wysiwyg editor that's great for quickly building data-access applications.

It's by no means perfect, but a good start.
