two hosting companies

couold someone or some people tell me of two hosting companies? Here is what I need of them:

Company one:
free
php support
domain hosting
may have ads (not needed)

Company two:
free
php support
may have domain hosting (not needed)
no ads

in about 2 months my server will be up and running php support mysql support(pending me figuring out how to configure user's right) probly no banners on client sites just the main sites to help pay for my connection
