Hadamard matrix

hello.. all

i'm build intranet application now. Some application have to generate matrix that call Hadamard Matrix. The matrix is like this:

        | Hn/2  Hn/2 |
   Hn=  |            |
        | Hn/2 -Hn/2 |

example:
H2 = |0 0|
|0 1|

              | 0  0  0  0 |

H4 = H2 H2 = | 0 1 0 1 |
H2 !H2 | 0 0 1 1 |
| 0 1 1 0 |
this is digital case
anybody help me!....i'm getting mad....

I know what exactly what a Hadamard Matrix in..but what I need from you is an exact programmatic explanation of what you want to do in your PHP program

the user just enter the length of n x n from page and i must generate the matrix and than display the result in another page.
i have tried with array but....i have no idea
