I can't figure out why i get his warning...

when i use this code....

it only does it on some pages. and others it works fine on, ive tried copy and pasting the exact script from the page that works to one that doesnt and it wont work, ive been trying to figure this out for a while now so if anyone could please help it would be really appreciated.
