Site-template generator for Web Host

Do you know of any programs, primarily for Web Hosting Companies, that allow a user to choose a template design, input his/her info, and then have that page automatically uploaded to their site?

Cost is not a major concern.

Your site www.cyberspeedsolutions.com does worry me. You claim to do PHP programming and that it fuels the e-commerce, portals, and database management, yet your order site is in ASP? Hmm... Odd. Nothing against ya bro just wondering whats up.

As irrelevant as your comment is, I will still address it. The reason the order page is in ASP is due to the fact that it was all that was given to me to communicate with my hosting account setup software, which is written entirely in ASP. I know a little ASP, but not enough to provide professional services.

Now, does anyone know of such a script?
