Can't see simple page

I hope someone out there can give me a clue to why this is happening.
I am fairly new to PHP and EXTREMELY new to uploading scripts via FTP.
OK, here is the scenario -
I have a simple php page and get an error in the browser -

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, [e-mail] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

I checked the error log and it said -
Premature end of script headers:

The URL for a working php page is -

I have had this problem to, on some ISP, there servers are config'd not to show the standard PHP errors, like parse error on line 34, anyways, it just spits back that error page and you never know were the error is in your script. I would call your ISP and ask em about it.
