All blank pages with PHP

I have been having some troubles with my PHP scritps showing up as all blank pages. This does not happen with all of them, just some of them.

For example...

Works: http://www.hardwarepub.com/testing/test.php

Doesn't work:
http://www.hardwarepub.com/adsadmin/admin/index.php

I have several others that work, and sever others that do not.

Does anyone know what could be causing this problem?

It seems there are errors in you script.

It is a freshly downloaded script that has worked for me on other servers. I dunno what the problem is with it here.
