crontab?

Hi all,
Can anyone tell me the crontab command line i would need to type if i wanted to execute a php file in the cgi-bin at 11:59 PM every day?

Not sure how to run a script from the cgi-bin due to access rights.

This is the way I currently do it:

Minute|Hour|DayOfMonth|Month|DayOfWeek

59 11 * lynx -dump http://www.yourdomain.com/jobs/app.php >/dev/null

Where app.php is the name of the file you want to execute. There are other ways to call it if you don't have lynx, however I don't remember them off the top of my head.
