Currently, I have to develop a machine translator system that could translate any webpage written in French to English.
Anybody has any idea on this? Probably, you can give me your opinion on what do you think the best way to build it and the appropriate programming lang as well as DBMS.
Frankly, I have no idea on French. I'm chinese! Really a big problem for me.
