After 2 hours 30 minutes, my internet access freezes.
The connection is still on, but I cannot access any
webpages.
Sometimes, when I leave it for a while, I can once
again access webpages.
When I restart my PC, I seem to be able to access
webpages again.
However, normally, after 2 hours 30 minutes, when the internet access freezes, the PC itself freezes.
Normally, when I press the ON/OFF button, I get a message to the effect that MSMSGS has caused some malfunction in some program ……
And when I press “CONTROL+ALTERNATE+DELETE” I discover that the MSGRVS is not responding.
This has been occurring for about a month now.
Can you explain the problem to me in layman’s language? And
