avoide submitting a n empty form

Hi,
I wrote a php page. that by submitting it, the first varibales wrote to a file. the name of this file wrote on 2th file. Now, the problem is here: when i press reload buttom of my browser,an empty page passed and make a empty file, and wrote name of that file on 2th file. and repated it more and more. how i could avoid of this?

Put a hiden txtBox in your <from>...</form>
When you click, on your submit button, put a flag in your hiden txtBox (Ex ...txtBox.value = "FlagOk")in JavaScript !!!
and then you can check if $txtBox is set or Not...
I've used this, to solve a promblem i've met that looks like yours.
