Uploading Tables

Hello,
A simple question: Using phpMyAdmin I have dumped the structure and content of a MySQL table to my hard disk (from the server) for backup purposes.

Suppose that one day the table on the server gets deleted by mistake or gets corrupted; how do I upload the backup table I created onto the MySQL server?

Firstly, this is not a good idae to do through phpmyadmin, because phpmyadmin is notoriously bad at making backups ad restoring them.

Thanks for the warning about phpMyAdmin!
I cannot use mysqldump as I cannot issue commands to the server - I must do this via php scripts. Can someone recommend a good script I can use for dumping & restoring the databases / tables?

(I have been using mySQL-dump successfully, but that script does not support uploads of databases / tables).
