OK, take a deep breath. The lazy people are the ones you want to help you (It's a virtue, you know-- "LAZINESS: The quality that makes you go to great effort to reduce overall energy expenditure. It makes you write labor-saving programs that other people will find useful, and document what you wrote so you don't have to answer so many questions about it. Hence, the first great virtue of a programmer.")
Your original question was vague. It sounded like you were asking how to make a 2x6 table. (In which case, IMHO, you would have no business playing with ANY scripting language...)
Now, if your question was really 'How do I get information out of a database', you need to do a little bit of research and experimentation before you ask someone else to do it for you. Then you need to give us something to work with: what database are you using, what fields do you have set up, what you tried but didn't work, etc.
go read the documentation (http://php.net or, if you are using MySQL, http://www.php.net/manual/en/ref.mysql.php) and experiment a bit; then if it whoops up on you, ask for help.
