Word and Excel document conversion

Somebody please help me....
I have an application that give user an upload facility ( usually they uploading a Ms. Word or Ms. Excel ) and the application have to display it as HTML file automatically. Is anybody know how to convert it to HTML file automatically ?!

HAHA, I'm actually doing exactly the same thing here.. however I've given up with any conversion ideas - it could get messy! Instead i'm just using an <iframe> and pointing the source to the un-converted document on the server. Word/Excel gets embedded into the browser then.

Not a good portable solution, but then my target is the UK NHS with their IExplorer standard.

u pple are talking about uploading file. i have a problem with downloading file.I will upload a file in html format. and i want that when the user wants to view it (not download it) it should come to him as a ms-exel sheet.and also i dont want the user to download the file so download to ...this specific path will not be asked.
pls pls pls help!
