I am looking for a simple open source online call tracking web application. Preferably in PHP/MySQL. I thought I had found a good one - http://www.sysman.nl/software/calltrack/index.html, but then I noticed that it costs $2000 🙁
I've poked around a little on sourceforge and freshmeat but haven't come up with anything that quite gives me what I need. I just want a simple solution that will let me track calls from each contact, so I can easily look at a log of all the previous conversations I've had with them, and keep track of status, e.g. "Open," "Pending," "Closed."
A nice additional feature would be a "remind me about this customer on thursday," but I don't want to get into something heavy like an office suite with calendaring.
Any help will be appreciated!
