How do I get this backend.php to show up

First, I am not a programmer...I am a designer. I have a "for fun" site I did the frontend for. There is a site at www.boardjive.com and the last line of the page says you can syndicate their news. You go here...www.boardjive.com/backend.php to do this...supposedly. I can't figure out how to even start to add this to my site so I can get this data on our site. Any help?

You need to use a parser.
