browser incompatibilty problem

I have one user on a system who is using netscape 4.61 on a unix platform who has problems with the back button not working--more precisely, his history is not tracking his use. The site uses frames.

I've looked for information on this problem and can't find any. I know this is not the place to post a question asking for solutions, but does anyone know where I can go to look into this problem?

try the javascript forums as javascript is normally used to manipulate history.

you may need to put a back button onto your pages.
