Last time I asked about SSL, someone kindly suggested that I just refer to https://yourservername.com to access SSL. Well that doesn't work. I asked my web hoster to set me up on SSL, and here is the email he sent me back. Obviously i've changed the names and stuff... :-)
Hostname: secure.server.ca
Username: MyUserName
Password: MyPassword
To browse to this location, you would enter the following link:
secure.server.ca/~username
This secured section has 1 meg of space available to it.
Now what does this mean? I have a home page with a login form that uses a file confirm.php and then redirects to index2.php
What all files do I stick on this secure.server.ca? Anything that I want secured? Is it that simple or is there more to it?
