apache - leeching

I have set this in my httpd.conf file:

SetEnvIfNoCase Referer "^{http://alcohol.zlined.org/"} local_ref=1
<FilesMatch ".(mp3)">
Order Allow,Deny
Allow from env=local_ref
</FilesMatch>

I'm trying to disallow people from leeching my files at http://alcohol.zlined.org

I'm running Apache 2.0.35 on Win2K.

Currently, it seems to disallow anyone from downloading, even those that access the files through my own site 😐

Does anyone know what might be wrong?

I've been waiting 3 days for help with a Apache Problem , But If no ones knows about Apache here then No Worries , They know about Php :?)

I use something like this to prevent image leeching:

RewriteEngine on
RewriteCond %{HTTP_REFERER} !^$
RewriteCond %{HTTP_REFERER} !^{http://meadowhaven.tachyonsix.com/.$} [NC]
RewriteRule ..(gif|GIF|JPG|jpg|png|PNG|bmp|BMP)$ donthotlink.gif [F]

It just rewrites offsite referrs to a non-existant image. Works for me 🙂
