Does anyone know of an existing function to convert a number into it's financial text equivalent. I don't want to re-invent the wheel if I don't have too. Surely someone out there has seen such a beast.
ex:
1,523 -> One Thousand Five Hundred Twenty Three Dollars and Zero Cents.
