Bare with me I just started getting into this and i need to know what to start writing code in??? may sound like a dumb question but i have no idea.

Notepad works....though I use a program from www.htmlvalidator.com its their 'Lite' version. I really like it and its just a simple text editor. You need something that will give you lines. Like line numbers. That way when you make a mistake and it says parse error line 3 you can pull up the code and look at line 3 to see if you really did make a mistake. But that is just what I use. There are HUNDREDS of other programs. Lata! Loserx
That's right, you can even take advatage of LAMP (LINUX,APACHE,MYSQL and PHP). These tools might help in debugging and developing your PHP program.
