Apache+FTP+Mail administration

Now, i don't pretend anyone here giving me a whole lesson on this subject. I need to admin a server. At the moment, i go all-right with PHP and Apache.

But i need to make mail accounts, create users for these accounts, and the same goes for FTP. The server runs on a FreeBSD system.

Can anyone point me for link where i can find something related to this? I mean, manually entering the commands that will make all of the administration. I know it is possible, but i don't know how. My idea is to create a control panel for the web, and from there, with a simple GUI, make all of this things.

Please help me!!! I haven't found anything at all!!!

There is a program called qmail the easy way. http://www.qmailtheeasyway.com. What this does is install Qmail (my favorite mailer) with POP, SMTP, IMAP and a Web Based Mail server. If you want to learn how do to it all manually, go to this site -> http://www.lifewithqmail.com/ for extensive instructions.

As far as FTP, go to rpmfind.net and grab the latest version of proftp.
