list box items change

hi

my system need a user to enter range of date using list box input. The idea is when the user select a particular month eg. February, the system is able to display list box of the amount of days in the respective month. The system must check whether the year is leap year or not, in the first place.

Does anybody have any idea?

mcal_is_leap_year

mcal_is_leap_year -- Returns if the given year is a leap year or not
Description

int mcal_is_leap_year (int year)

mcal_is_leap_year() returns 1 if the given year is a leap year, 1 if not.
