post in intervals possible?

hi guys, is it possible to build a scipt that takes a chosen form=post and sets up an interval in which this input shall be posted? e.g. post every 5 minutes that one is still there???

You can use a META tag to refresh the web page each x time. Or JavaScript. If it was authenticaction what you want to do, simply send an auth. header each x time.

does not help i am afraid. what i want is that to enter a line of text that will automatically be sent to my page in a specified interval. (u could regard it as spam). once u ve written the text and klicked on start button or something the like the message will be sent every x seconds
