Zend doesn't work

This is my script

Then i encode the file with the zend encoder,
The only thing that i see right now in the browser is "ZEND". What's wrong??

Have you contacted ZEND? Please post solution, I was seriously considering buying the encoder.

Make sure the Zend Optimizer in installed, look at your phpinfo() output.
