Setting TARGET for forms?

Can you set a TARGET="_top" for forms?

Say you have a javascript popup navigation, that does a javascript window change when they select something in the popup (to navigate to). The onChange then executes the javascript, which has a target to _top in it.

Now, if the user has javascript turned off, we add the GO button in a NOSCRIPT/NOSCRIPT tag...

BUT... can you add a TARGET="_top" to this form action somehow?

Simply putting that in the FORM tag doesnt work ... :\

The default target for forms is _top, you should not have to specify that. If you are naming your windows with JS, you will have to point your target to that frame's name though.
