check previous page

Hello again,

Is there a way to check if a user comes from a particular page?
For example:

http:\www.test.com is my main page. They have to click on Start to goto www.test.com/start.php. That's OK. But they are not allowed to go directly to www.test.com/start.php by just typing the URL.
