file or database?

Hi,

I'm writing an web based email system, and I was wondering if I should store the account information in a file, or a datase? The information is in the form of...
| id | name | host | user | pass | type | port |

Go with database. Espesially if you can use MySQL, some of that data is sensetive and there is no known way to hack MySQL!
